Senior Recruiter

Location: New York, NY; candidates must be NYC-based and able to work from the Gramercy office at least 2 days per week

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for corporate, non-technical, non-sales roles.
• Partner with functional leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to define hiring needs and execute recruiting processes.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, agencies, and internal hiring channels.
• Provide a transparent, considerate, and timely candidate experience from screening through closing.
• Strengthen the employer brand and improve hiring processes through new ideas, best practices, and business influence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience working at a fast-growing startup.
• End-to-end ownership of recruiting, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding headcount targets without compromising candidate quality.
• Data-, systems-, and process-oriented approach.
• Passion for building exceptional teams and alignment with hirify.global’s health mission.
