What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define talent needs and staffing strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines while reducing reliance on third-party recruiting vendors.
• Use recruiting data to report on hiring results and provide recommendations to business leaders and HR partners.
• Track and analyze metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate experience, and onboarding experience.
• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods, while supporting HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with an HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, and candidate engagement tools.
• Hands-on sourcing experience using Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, interviewing, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• SHRM Talent Acquisition certification.
• Experience in an RIA, investment management firm, or other financial services organization.
