Reman Marketing Consultant - APD

Location: Tullamarine, Victoria, Australia. Preferred location is Melbourne, with Brisbane and Perth also considered. Relocation assistance may be considered.

What you will do

• Drive Reman sales growth and operational improvements across assigned Asia Pacific dealers.
• Collaborate with Services Development, Sales Execution, the Reman Product Group, PSLD, and dealers to optimize pricing and inventory.
• Identify product gaps and promote Reman products to support business plans and the 2030 strategy.
• Partner with dealers to improve Reman awareness, education, customer value, and total cost of ownership.
• Execute Growth with Reman strategies for target dealers in collaboration with Corporate Services Growth Strategy.
• Travel extensively to understand regional and worldwide business conditions and develop relationships with dealers, customers, associations, and government agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Strong human relations, influencing, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Applicants must not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working with hirify.global dealers, preferably in an ASR, ASC, PSOR, or PSSR role.
• Knowledge of the Cat Reman business model and offerings.
• Experience working across a hirify.global matrix organization.
