Marketing Manager - 12 Month Contract (Elevator and Escalator Industry)

Location: Mascot, NSW, Australia; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s marketing, brand, and communications strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop marketing plans and manage budgets to support commercial growth.
• Drive demand generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement, customer engagement, and digital campaigns.
• Lead media, public relations, reputation management, external communications, and customer-focused content.
• Advise senior leaders on leadership messaging, business updates, and employee communications.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, agencies, and external delivery partners while measuring marketing performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing strategy and delivering measurable growth, customer, and reputation outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen across segmentation, value propositions, demand generation, budget ownership, analytics, and business cases.
• Experience advising senior leaders, influencing local and global stakeholders, and managing agencies or multidisciplinary partners.
• Applicants must be Australian permanent residents or citizens, or citizens of New Zealand.
