Senior Brand Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Shape the connection between hirify.global’s product story and brand across launches, campaigns and customer-facing narratives.
• Research creative professionals’ workflows, needs, challenges and changing expectations to inform product positioning and communication.
• Partner with Product Marketing and the Creative Studio to develop launch stories and campaigns.
• Build partnerships, collaborate with agencies and identify cultural shifts relevant to hirify.global’s brand.
• Translate complex products and customer insights into clear, compelling ideas that strengthen understanding, preference and retention.
• Work with the Head of Creative and Brand Marketing, the CEO and senior leaders as an autonomous individual contributor.

Requirements

• Deep experience in brand and campaign marketing.
• Experience in a digital product, subscription, technology or creative business is preferred.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and practical levels.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and strong commercial marketing judgement.
• Curiosity about new technology and AI, alongside strong interest in human judgement, taste and craft.
• Must be able to work remotely from Australia or New Zealand.
