What you will do

• Create, document, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Design high-quality digital experiences across web, mobile, apps, emerging platforms, and retail.
• Collaborate with UX designers, copywriters, developers, engineers, product teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable interfaces and omnichannel user journeys.
• Prototype interaction models and user flows, support user testing, and iterate based on research findings.
• Advocate for accessibility and design best practices while mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional digital product design experience focused on user interface design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, user-centered digital design work.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and app platform experiences.
• Proficiency with design systems, component-driven methodologies, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong strategic thinking, organization, communication, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification.

• Digital agency experience.
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
