Associate Project Manager (Traveltech)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid setup with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Lead projects of varying scope and complexity from initiation through closure.
• Manage project changes, risks, issues, schedules, costs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate local and remote project teams and track delivery against plans.
• Work with product management to align project objectives with customer needs.
• Create communication strategies, resource plans, status reports, variance reports, and lessons learned documentation.
• Monitor and support the Business Unit product development roadmap.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing multifaceted projects and programs across different scales, complexities, budgets, and outcomes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and the project life cycle.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required for international and cross-cultural business communication.
