Project Management Officer – Senior

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate project plans to ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across teams and clients.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resource allocation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Support project initiation and closure while driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Communicative English and proficient French are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks.
