What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of specialized AI Security Product Managers.
• Own strategic product areas and integration roadmaps with foundation model providers and design partners.
• Translate market requirements and security research into multi-year product vision and production-grade software.
• Coordinate engineering, data science, and developer relations to deliver AI Gateway, MCP Gateway, and Agentic Identity solutions.
• Develop enterprise pricing, packaging, licensing, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
• Advise enterprise CISOs, design partners, and chief architects on secure AI deployment patterns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including recruiting, mentoring, and retaining technical Product Managers.
• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security, or developer platforms, including 2+ years in AI/ML platforms or AI security.
• Expertise in AI guardrails, autonomous red teaming, Model Context Protocol, AI Gateway architectures, and secure agentic platforms.
• Strong understanding of Workload Identity, Non-Human Identity governance, LLM evaluations, real-time guardrails, and API gateway security.
• Experience with software pricing, product launches, and technical sales enablement.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
