Senior Product Manager, Red Teaming AI – AIDR (Hybrid)

Location: USA — Sunnyvale, California; hybrid work requiring 2–3 days per week onsite at one of the posted locations.

Base salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year for U.S. candidates, plus potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging for the automated Red Teaming AI product.
• Define testing coverage across AI agents, APIs, browser extensions, authenticated application flows, virtual machines, containers, and agentic platforms.
• Develop dataset, converter, scoring, findings, reporting, evidence-sharing, and responsible red teaming strategies.
• Integrate Red Teaming AI with Falcon Guardian, AgentWorks evaluations, Falcon Exposure Management, and Charlotte AI.
• Drive automation through CI/CD evaluations, scheduled runs, Fusion triggers, MCP access, and public APIs.
• Translate offensive research and threat intelligence into engineering requirements while leading customer, executive, sales, marketing, engineering, and data science discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or emerging technology.
• Understanding of penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability management, and security testing automation.
• Strong knowledge of LLM architectures, AI agents, prompt injection, jailbreaking, model evaluation metrics, classifier performance, and detection-quality trade-offs.
• Experience building products in ambiguous, fast-moving categories and translating security workflows into product requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering and data science teams on novel technical challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyRIT, Garak, Promptfoo, or commercial Red Teaming AI tooling.
• Experience with model evaluation, benchmark design, dataset curation, or labeling operations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, API design, MCP, AI governance, responsible AI, or model risk management.
• Background in application security testing, DAST, continuous security validation, AI agents, A2A, AI gateways, or AI compliance requirements.
