Principal Product Manager (NetSec- AI Firewalls)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States of America; most teams work from the office full time

Annual base salary: $176,800–$286,000 USD, with potential bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for cloud-delivered and managed network security across hyperscalers, NeoClouds, and AI infrastructure environments.
• Build technical and product relationships with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, and emerging AI infrastructure providers.
• Define requirements for cloud-native firewalls, including traffic insertion, routing, high availability, elastic scaling, policy distribution, telemetry, and automation.
• Design security architectures for AI Factories, GPU clusters, AI-native applications, models, agents, APIs, and inference workloads.
• Lead customer discovery, design-partner engagements, product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria through launch and adoption.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, business development, and cloud-provider teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, marketplaces, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical role, with significant enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure experience.
• Deep knowledge of next-generation firewalls, routing, traffic insertion, stateful inspection, threat prevention, SSL/TLS inspection, segmentation, and high availability.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI and with cloud networking architectures, APIs, IAM, infrastructure-as-code, and managed cloud services.
• Experience defining or delivering SaaS, cloud-native firewall, managed security, or Firewall-as-a-Service products.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and applications, including LLM inference, AI agents, RAG, model endpoints, AI gateways, and distributed workloads.
• Ability to lead customer discovery, influence engineering teams, communicate with strategic partners and executives, and drive products from concept through launch.

Nice to have

• Experience with NeoCloud, AI Factory, GPU Cloud, accelerated computing, NVIDIA GPUs, BlueField DPUs/SmartNICs, Kubernetes, or distributed inference.
• Experience with OEM, embedded security services, marketplace, or consumption-based cloud business models.
• Experience securing AI workloads through network or API interception, AI gateways, or service-insertion architectures.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes or technical mockups with generative AI development tools.
