Director of Product, AI Growth (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada; the role includes travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10–20% of the year.

Annual base salary: USD 238,000–357,000 for US-based roles or CAD 208,000–312,000 for Canada-based roles, plus benefits, equity, and applicable incentive programs.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the growth thesis for hirify.global’s AI opportunities, including target customer segments, adoption outcomes, and embedded workflows.
• Run customer research, usage analysis, market validation, and weekly business reviews with go-to-market, product, user experience, and product marketing teams.
• Lead the design customer program, selecting customers, coordinating deployments, delivering agentic access outcomes, and turning evidence into repeatable sales motions.
• Drive resolution of adoption blockers and coordinate product managers, solutions engineering, customer success, and forward-deployed engineering.
• Define hirify.global’s position in the AI stack, develop technology partnerships and integrations, and structure commercial relationships with business development.
• Build enablement content, reference architectures, sample code, and open-source contributions to support field, channel, and developer adoption.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of product management experience, including ownership of a revenue or adoption target.
• Experience taking a new product area or market entry from hypothesis to production customers.
• Experience leading technical enterprise deployments and converting deployment learnings into repeatable go-to-market motions.
• Experience building technology partnerships and integrations and working with business development on commercial terms.
• Technical depth to discuss AI-agent architecture, deployment, and system access with developers and security architects.
• Ability to align go-to-market and engineering teams, make decisions with incomplete information, and own outcomes end to end.

Nice to have

• Experience with security products, agentic products, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with agentic access products that provide AI agents with credentials and system access.
