Senior Product Manager (SaaS Agent Security)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States of America; most teams work from the office full time

Salary: $153,000–$247,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead SaaS Agent Security product development across the full lifecycle, from customer feedback and prioritization through requirements definition and engineering delivery.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities from SaaS vendors such as Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Google and assess their cybersecurity implications.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade, highly reliable features.
• Work with product enablement, marketing, and sales teams on product communication, partner engagement, and customer demonstrations.
• Define product success metrics, analyze data, and communicate roadmaps, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and solve complex problems requiring alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a cross-functional enterprise environment.
• BSc or MS in Computer Science, another engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent military experience.
• Experience building enterprise-scale, high-performing, globally available SaaS products.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and product planning with stakeholders in large, matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI capabilities from major SaaS vendors.
• Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS security products.
