Finance Manager - Cash Flow (AI)

Location: Hybrid role in Columbus, Ohio, United States

Base pay: $97,900–$163,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead free cash flow, balance sheet, and working capital forecasting.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable analysis of performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to improve forecast accuracy and cash flow visibility.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that improve financial processes and working capital performance.
• Develop scalable reporting and forecasting solutions using automation, AI, analytics, and digital technologies.
• Drive accountability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the Finance organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a related function.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnership skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, free cash flow analysis, or working capital management.
• Experience applying automation, AI, analytics, or digital technologies to finance processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, SAC, FCCS, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, SQL, or similar tools.
