What you will do

• Create and maintain supply plans to keep warehouse inventory at levels required to fulfill customer demand.
• Prioritize and optimize inbound and outbound shipments with Sales, Sales Operations, Category Managers, and Global Planning.
• Manage finished-goods stock levels, order fill rates, supply planning reports, and business analysis using Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
• Coordinate regional new product introductions and end-of-life product transitions.
• Develop inventory and fulfillment models, allocate daily supply, and prepare warehouse forecasts and air freight requests.
• Lead weekly supply planning meetings and execute cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in supply or demand planning.
• 3+ years of advanced experience with Power BI and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply or demand planning.
• Knowledge of supply planning tools and strong data analysis, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with multiple management levels.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
