What you will do
- Act as a trusted system partner for clients delivering advanced mobile robotics solutions.
- Build expertise in the software suite and help improve software offerings with product management and market strategy leaders.
- Lead and participate in project reviews, estimation, scheduling, execution, testing, implementation, and sustaining activities.
- Design business and system processes with warehouse planners, industrial engineers, and WMS/WES product managers.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and guide developers through design, validation, and testing.
- Manage ambiguity, multiple requests, and cross-functional delivery in a customer-facing environment.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Management Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of practical material-handling software experience with Warehouse Management Systems or Warehouse Execution Systems.
- Experience as a business analyst, functional consultant, product manager, or pre-sales engineer.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
Nice to have
- Warehouse process design experience for highly automated, logistics-intensive industries.
- Technical configuration of WES, WMS, and WCS integrated with automation equipment and external applications.
- Experience integrating AS/RS, conveyors, sorters, and AMRs, including MHE layouts and material information flows.
- Experience presenting to client executive-level decision makers.
- Familiarity with Manhattan, SAP, JDA, or Oracle; programming skills are a plus.
