Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $100,600–$148,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Procure-to-Pay systems, including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports.
• Support Coupa, Zip, IntelAgree, and related Finance systems by resolving requests, incidents, and root causes.
• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Sourcing, IT, Finance, and Internal Audit to define requirements and deliver tested solutions.
• Build automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency, speed, and data accuracy.
• Explore and implement AI and automation opportunities in Finance workflows.
• Support SOX audits through reliable system controls, documentation, testing, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable.
• Experience with Finance systems, system integrations, requirements gathering, solution design, and test planning.
• Experience building automations or using AI tools in Finance system workflows.
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives while communicating with technical and non-technical partners.
• Understanding of system controls, documentation, change management, and audit support.
