Sr. Manager, FP&A

Location: Remote US, United States

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Partner with functional leaders to provide financial insights, evaluate trade-offs, and support business decisions.
• Own forecasting, planning, annual operating plan activities, and financial projections for assigned business areas.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, investment decisions, and performance analysis.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, expense reviews, variance analysis, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Build management reporting and communicate actionable recommendations to business and finance leadership.
• Use AI, analytical tools, and financial planning systems to automate processes and improve the accuracy and scalability of finance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a related analytical field.
• Experience building and reviewing financial models and translating analysis into business insights.
• Ability to lead complex workstreams independently, work with imperfect data, and influence decisions through clear communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of management or board-level materials.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working remotely across functions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI and advanced analytical tools in corporate finance.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools.
• Experience with SQL, NetSuite, or similar data and ERP systems.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or international equivalent.
