Senior Financial Analytics Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; candidates must reside in Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Washington, D.C., or Virginia. Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time. Periodic travel to hirify.global office locations in these areas is required.

Salary: $89,000–$121,400 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators for operational and strategic decisions.
• Support budget planning, capital expenditure, divestiture, expense, cost, and investment analysis.
• Present financial results and explain budget variances and business trends to senior management.
• Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast short-, medium-, and long-term performance.
• Develop financial models, reports, and analyses that support department and segment strategy.
• Partner with technology leadership on business case analysis and return-on-investment evaluations.

Requirements

• Residence in Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Washington, D.C., or Virginia is required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of general accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify and explain variances and trends.
• Experience managing data to support operational decisions, strategic planning, and business performance analysis.
• Working knowledge of department, segment, and organizational strategy.

• Master’s degree.
