Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, KPI trend analyses, and management presentations.
• Maintain rolling forecasts, projections, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, identify variance drivers, and communicate actionable insights.
• Evaluate department spending, trends, and risks, and recommend expense-management opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and month-end close activities.
• Improve reporting and planning processes and respond to ad hoc requests from management and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree specializing in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with financial information, deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work for any US employer.

Nice to have

• Internship or other relevant finance or accounting experience.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience creating concise, management-ready PowerPoint presentations.
