Pricing Analyst (AI)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; not eligible for hire in Washington. Availability during core U.S. business hours is required, with Eastern or Central time overlap preferred. Approximately 5% travel.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and use pricing models to forecast profitability, revenue impact, and margin changes.
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to develop models and present findings to senior leadership.
• Review deal opportunities, RFP responses, custom pricing structures, and discounting frameworks, providing actionable recommendations.
• Analyze the financial impact of process and product improvements and support strategic scenario modeling.
• Gather internal data to monitor financial performance, key metrics, and client profiles.
• Support Sales and Marketing budgets and forecasts using Adaptive Insights / Workday Adaptive Planning and AI-powered analytics tools.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or FP&A.
• Experience building and maintaining complex pricing models, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and Adaptive Insights / Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with SaaS or BPO pricing structures, including per-member-per-month, per-transaction, tiered, volume-based, and outcome-based fees.
• Ability to communicate financial findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders and manage multiple deliverables in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare, medical billing, reimbursement, utilization management, or payment integrity.
• Exposure to AI-assisted analytics or business intelligence tools such as Claude, Power BI, or Tableau.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
