EU Datacenter Warehouse Coordinator (Cybersecurity)

Location: Germany - Frankfurt, greater Frankfurt area

Cybersecurity company providing an AI-native platform that protects organizations, processes, and technologies from breaches.

What you will do

• Manage shipping, receiving, preparation, documentation, inspection, and deployment of IT hardware and consumables.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, inventory accuracy, audits, and storage organization.
• Pull and manage assets and spare parts for projects, break-fixes, installations, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate RMA processes from initiation through resolution and work with internal teams, 3PL providers, and external vendors.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and drive the company van for collections and deliveries.
• Conduct training and support compliance with security, health and safety, and certification requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent written and spoken English required; German is a bonus.
• Experience managing relationships with 3PL companies and vendors.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and RMA procedures.
• Ability to lift 35 kg and hold a valid manual driving license.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize operational needs, solve problems, and coordinate across technical and project teams.

• Forklift license.
