Manager Procurement (f/m/d) Datacenter Infrastructure

What you will do

• Procure goods and services for data centre infrastructure in the US, UK, and Spanish markets.
• Negotiate supplier and framework agreements with technical departments.
• Analyse markets and suppliers to identify sourcing and optimisation opportunities.
• Manage RFP processes, supplier qualification, and certification.
• Handle procurement processes through the Coupa P2P system landscape.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement guidelines and support the continuous development of international procurement processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in data centre or IT infrastructure.
• Strong technical, commercial, analytical, and financial expertise.
• Experience leading contract negotiations and using P2P systems, ideally Coupa.
• Market knowledge of the USA, UK, and Spain.
• Very good written and spoken German and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience procuring data centre-specific goods such as electrical and cooling technology or long-lead equipment.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
