Special Care Team (SCT) Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: Dresden, Germany; the listed role locations also include Bernin, France; Dublin, Ireland; Kiryat Gat, Israel; and Milan, Italy. Relocation is not available.

Salary: €62,000–€114,000 annual target total cash range, depending on location, hire grade, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Manage SHU sales orders and communicate delivery status throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, FSO, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Business Units, Manufacturing, and other internal teams.
• Prioritize and expedite critical orders to protect customer commitments.
• Identify escalation risks early and support timely resolution of customer requests.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and FSO teams for high-value tools, R&D tools, and SHU orders.
• Review open orders, follow up on required actions, and maintain professional customer and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, order management, customer service, or escalation management.
• Experience using SAP for order management and fulfillment.
• Understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, planning, purchasing, and escalation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on open actions, and work under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
