Operations Program Manager (Advanced Hardware Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own programs for scaling hardware products and oversee production operations, planning, and execution.
• Drive tactical and strategic planning to maintain production line stability and align schedules with demand.
• Track and report production metrics, triage issues, and communicate program status, risks, and resolution options to management.
• Monitor supply chain constraints, component availability, manufacturing readiness, release dates, cutovers, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, test engineering, procurement, supplier quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to support ramp readiness.
• Include testing equipment milestones and first article approvals in production plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of combined experience in hardware manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Working knowledge of ERP and PLM systems.
• Experience with manufacturing process engineering or product development environments.
• Strong project management, planning, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
