What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient locations and times while supporting their mortgage and financial planning needs.
• Develop a local-market sales plan to convert leads into new clients.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams, external realtors, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Deliver strong client experiences and measurable business results.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgages, including mortgage lending, processes, and documentation.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Ability to understand the local market and develop a client acquisition strategy.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Commitment to client focus, goal orientation, ownership, trust, teamwork, and accountability.
