Financial Services Representative - Universal Banker - Beaconsfield, QC

Location: On-site full-time in Beaconsfield and Saint-Louis, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Provide forward-looking financial planning using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, networking, and referrals.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.
• Work collaboratively across banking centres and remain flexible to banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License, such as the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to continue developing knowledge of banking products and technology.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• French proficiency testing may be included in the hiring process.
