Mobile Mortgage Advisor – Bilingual (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Gatineau, Quebec, Canada; remote work is available with occasional on-site attendance at 200 Principale St.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting their financial planning needs.
• Develop local-market sales plans to convert leads into new clients.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams, realtors, internal business partners, and community contacts.
• Generate mortgage opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, communication, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Willingness to complete an attribute-based assessment or other skills tests, including a French proficiency assessment where applicable.
