Sr. Product Developer

What you will do

• Lead product development and commercialization programs across an assigned furniture category.
• Build and maintain project schedules, monitor delays, and coordinate milestones for multiple programs.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Compliance, suppliers, and category leadership.
• Coordinate supplier selection, RFQ bid packages, prototyping, performance testing, packaging testing, and design reviews.
• Define quality criteria, maintain supplier quality assurance protocols, and review prototypes for build quality, assembly, packaging, comfort, and value.
• Ensure new products meet design, regulatory, sustainability, performance, cost, and margin requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development-related functions and disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience managing a major new product commercialization through the full development and launch cycle.
• Strong program and project management, analytical, financial, communication, relationship management, and business skills.
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Willingness to travel globally as required.

Nice to have

• Luxury or high-end product experience.
• 3D CAD and Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• Knowledge of furniture construction and the furniture market landscape.
