What you will do

• Oversee daily operations for strategic partnerships and workforce initiatives.
• Manage a participant caseload and provide employment counseling, assessments, and one-on-one career coaching.
• Deliver cohort-based work-readiness and job-club services.
• Train peers on program processes and policies.
• Coordinate with business services staff to refer qualified candidates to jobs, training programs, internships, and community work experiences.
• Maintain accurate participant, employment-readiness, and employer-contact records while meeting performance and administrative quality goals.

Requirements

• Related bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service and public speaking experience.
• Knowledge of local communities, needs, resources, and labor market trends.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work in New Haven, Connecticut, USA.
