Supply Chain Program Manager, Inbound (Medical Devices)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid. Local travel to vendors may be required.

Annual salary: $116,000–$159,500, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end inbound process for international products, from vendor coordination through customs clearance, receipt, and invoice validation.
• Coordinate with vendors, customs brokers, logistics partners, and Hardware Operations stakeholders.
• Resolve documentation, product classification, HS-code, duty, clearance, and invoice discrepancies.
• Establish operating rhythms, reporting, process documentation, controls, and escalation paths.
• Track vendor performance and drive corrective actions to reduce delays, costs, and operational risks.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives supporting new hardware and product programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management, including international inbound products and vendors.
• Working knowledge of customs and duties, HS codes, commercial documentation, and invoice validation.
• Experience managing cross-functional processes from vendor coordination through inbound receipt.
• Ability to build vendor relationships, communicate clearly, drive accountability, and resolve operational issues.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for operational tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience supporting medical devices or other regulated products is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality-management systems.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts or pricing and implementing cost-reduction initiatives.
• Experience with NetSuite, warehouse-management systems, Linear, or comparable tools.
• Mandarin fluency and experience communicating with vendors or teams in Asia.
