Asset Recovery Manager

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC, US

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 base salary per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Create, administer, and continuously improve the asset management and recovery program.
• Manage complex recovery cases related to employee separations, transfers, leaves of absence, and workforce transitions.
• Analyze inventory data, recovery trends, operational metrics, and program performance to identify risks and process gaps.
• Oversee recovery vendors, shipping providers, and internal business partners.
• Maintain asset inventories, assignment records, chain-of-custody documentation, and audit-ready reporting.
• Lead audits, control assessments, automation initiatives, system improvements, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in asset management, inventory control, logistics, operations support, HR operations, IT support, or a related field.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business applications.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Charlotte, NC, US.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting asset management for a geographically dispersed or field-based workforce.
• Experience with asset tracking, inventory, ERP, HRIS, or related systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience.
