Product Developer, Women's Apparel - Rack (Hybrid, Seattle)

Location: Seattle, Washington, US; hybrid schedule with four days in the downtown Seattle headquarters and one remote workday per week.

Salary: $80,000–$132,000 annual.

What you will do

• Develop women's apparel products that meet cost, quality, design, and minimum-order standards.
• Review prototypes, samples, color submissions, sample yardage, and testing results.
• Track pre-production milestones, reporting, and calendar deadlines across the product lifecycle.
• Negotiate with domestic and international vendors on costing, minimums, timelines, and related terms.
• Create, revise, and maintain tech packs, prototypes, and product updates in the PLM system.
• Place adopted styles according to sourcing strategy and reconcile failed garment and fabric tests.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product development, design, or garment manufacturing production.
• Knowledge of raw materials and garment construction.
• Experience working with domestic and international manufacturers.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to demonstrate product-costing capabilities through an exercise.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; experience with Adobe Illustrator and product lifecycle management is preferred.
