What you will do

• Translate Wrangler Women’s creative vision into compelling apparel across denim and non-denim categories.
• Design cohesive seasonal collections and head-to-toe looks with attention to silhouette, proportion, color, fabrication, wash, print and styling.
• Research fashion, culture, markets and consumer behavior, turning insights into relevant product concepts.
• Own products from concept through pre-production, including sketches, material development, fittings, sample reviews and product refinement.
• Create concept boards, design presentations, CADs, seasonal narratives and technical design packages.
• Lead and develop 1–2 team members while collaborating with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design and global partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional apparel design experience, ideally in women’s fashion, lifestyle or denim.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, creativity, versatility and a clear design point of view.
• Experience across multiple apparel categories and in leading, managing and developing 1–2 team members.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabrication, trims, finishing and product development.
• Strong hand-sketching and/or CAD skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly, collaborate across functions and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Denim experience, including knowledge of wash, fabric and construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel or Fashion Design, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
