Systems Engineer (Windows/Azure)

Location: Hybrid role based in Plano or El Paso, Texas; Arlington, Tennessee; or Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and remote work available Monday and Friday. Travel to other offices, data centers, and regional locations is required as needed.

What you will do

• Monitor and manage server, storage, cloud, hardware, virtual, and software environments.
• Review monitoring logs, investigate alerts, resolve infrastructure issues, and maintain system health against SLA requirements.
• Administer Windows-based servers in VMware, vCenter, and Hyper-V environments, along with enterprise storage arrays.
• Configure, test, maintain, and deploy operating systems, applications, system management tools, and application enhancements.
• Maintain security, backup, redundancy, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 hybrid environments, and SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with network staff and manage vendors, outsourcers, contractors, and infrastructure support cases.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or at least four years of experience with Microsoft-based server technology.
• Technical experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Strong oral and written English communication, customer service, multitasking, time management, and efficiency skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required where applicable; ability to travel to other offices and data centers is required.
