Product Operations & Strategy Senior Manager (Fintech)

Location: Currently fully remote in the United States, with a future transition to a hybrid model centered on hubs in Miami, San Francisco, and New York.

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Consumer Payments and squad leaders to translate strategy into presentations, organizational direction, and execution plans.
• Align senior stakeholders on complex cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, compliance, finance, analytics, and research.
• Scale the use of AI tools across product pipelines while coordinating with AI engineering and maintaining fraud and compliance awareness.
• Design workflows that enable seamless interaction between features across multiple products.
• Use data analytics and user research to identify opportunities, support product discovery, and turn findings into business decisions.
• Own operational rhythms including OKR tracking, roadmap summits, ClickUp architectures, documentation, and high-leverage meetings.

Requirements

• Experience operating in fast-growing, hyper-scaling startup environments with a strong execution focus.
• Ability to work independently, create clarity in ambiguous situations, and make data-backed operational trade-offs.
• Strong data analysis, structured thinking, organization, and metrics synthesis skills.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills across diverse cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with product-management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Notion and frameworks including OKRs and roadmaps.
• 100% fluency in English and Spanish is required for meetings and executive reporting with global cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience or clear understanding of operationalizing AI, automation, or scalable financial product workflows.
• Familiarity with modern technology trends and multi-product collaboration.
