Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Based in the San Francisco office in the Presidio, with regular travel throughout the United States; 50%+ travel and on-site assignments lasting 2–4 weeks

Annual US base salary: $130,000–$250,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Build customer-facing applications and developer experiences.
• Develop the APIs and systems powering hirify.global’s banking platform.
• Work across the software stack and own problems from discovery through implementation.
• Partner directly with customers to understand needs and shape product decisions.
• Build polished, reliable solutions for complex financial infrastructure.
• Contribute to the technical direction of a platform processing billions of dollars per day.

Requirements

• Ability to work from the San Francisco office and travel throughout the United States 50% or more.
• Availability for on-site customer assignments lasting 2–4 weeks.
• Experience building software across the stack, including applications, APIs, and systems.
• Ability to own technical problems end to end and collaborate directly with customers.
• Strong product judgment and interest in financial infrastructure.
