Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite five days per week

Salary: $210,000 base annually; approximately $250,000–$260,000 total compensation including equity

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end features across the frontend and backend, with a backend focus.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and data-movement workflows.
• Contribute to agentic and AI-driven product capabilities.
• Use customer feedback to influence product direction and prioritize solutions.
• Collaborate with a small, senior engineering team in a fast-moving codebase.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of full stack engineering experience; 4+ years may be considered at the lower end.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, plus some Python.
• Product-minded approach with the ability to form opinions and contribute to product direction.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work and the ability to explain their application in detail.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week.

Nice to have

• Startup experience, including experience explaining motivation for working in an early-stage environment.
• Experience with ETL or data movement, browser automation or scraping, AWS, or agentic infrastructure such as LangChain.
