Senior Solutions Engineer (Partner) (DevOps)

Location: United Kingdom or Ireland — hybrid; travel required.

What you will do

• Build trusted technical relationships with partner CTOs, architects, and pre-sales leaders.
• Advise partners on qualifying, designing, and delivering hirify.global solutions.
• Train partner pre-sales teams and consultants through enablement programs and hands-on workshops.
• Develop reference architectures and reusable customer use cases.
• Support partner-sourced opportunities through joint discovery, technical qualification, and co-selling.
• Collaborate on DevOps transformation offerings, including Jenkins modernization, DevSecOps governance, and CI/CD industrialization.

Requirements

• Experience working with strategic partners, system integrators, or consulting firms.
• Ability to engage with CTOs, architects, and pre-sales teams as a technical advisor.
• Experience with solution architecture, technical discovery, and enterprise software delivery.
• Knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, Jenkins modernization, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
• Willingness to travel is required.
