Senior Solutions Architect - Cyber Operations (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategy and planning for cyber defense and threat intelligence services delivered through CISA programs.
• Develop strategies and execution plans that help agency clients operationalize cyber defense capabilities and improve resilience.
• Oversee the design, prototyping, and delivery of integrated cyber operations solutions for federal clients and partner organizations.
• Guide capabilities across threat intelligence, real-time detection and automated response, threat hunting, red and purple teaming, and vulnerability management.
• Develop operational strategies, architectural blueprints, roadmaps, implementation plans, use cases, CONOPS, requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Engage CISA stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps, resolve adoption challenges, and advance mission objectives.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required per contract.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain DHS EOD/Public Trust.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in SOC environments, including threat detection and response, cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability management, red and purple team exercises, and automation and orchestration.
• 5+ years of direct experience deploying cybersecurity solutions in federal government environments.
• Expert understanding of cyber defense frameworks, response workflows, and tooling, with demonstrable knowledge of CISA strategy, capabilities, and mission.
• Proven strategic planning, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
