Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote UK. Most work can be performed remotely within the country of employment; occasional in-person office work and an in-person onboarding experience may be required.

Base pay: £120,000–£168,000 GBP per year.

What you will do

• Drive the strategy, execution, growth, and scale of direct-to-consumer products across international markets.
• Adapt product features and capabilities to international consumer needs using performance data and customer insights.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, success metrics, and high-impact priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive product development and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Design, Research, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and Fraud stakeholders.
• Build seamless experiences for discovering, using, and managing products across apps, wallets, marketplaces, and related offerings.

Requirements

• Experience directly managing technical software products from kickoff through post-launch.
• Experience with consumer technology products in Canada, the UK, the EU, or Australia.
• Ability to discuss technical details with engineers, iterate on designs with designers, and analyze product funnels with data analysts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including influencing senior stakeholders and teams outside the direct reporting line.
• Experience shipping high-quality products on time and turning ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.
• Commercial product judgment with the ability to connect customer needs, product decisions, and business outcomes.
