Solutions Architect (DX)

Location: Remote in the United States; Salt Lake City, United States is listed as the role location. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Base pay: $122,508–$159,941 in Zone C, $133,200–$173,900 in Zone B, or $147,600–$192,700 in Zone A, depending on location. Additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding, complex integrations, and system architecture throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to transition customers from evaluation to production.
• Run technical deep-dive sessions and map the DX platform to customer workflows and organizational structures.
• Design and build custom integrations and workflows connecting DX APIs with complex client environments.
• Advise enterprise customers on developer experience analytics, deployment methodologies, and cultural transformation.
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Programming exposure in Ruby/Rails or Python, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with Git and the GitHub CLI.
• Familiarity with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL, and using data for analytical solutioning.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, workshop leadership, executive discussion, and organizational skills.
