EMEA Solutions Engineering Manager (DX)

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects across EMEA.
• Provide player-coach support for strategic sales opportunities, discovery, proofs of concept, and deal strategy.
• Oversee technical implementation, pilots, go-lives, and handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Standardize POC, demo, implementation, and handoff playbooks to improve efficiency and time-to-value.
• Allocate SE and SA resources across the EMEA pipeline and customer base.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering on customer needs, roadmap priorities, and team KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, technical pre-sales, or implementation, including 2+ years in formal leadership or team lead work.
• Experience supporting multi-country sales cycles and technical delivery across EMEA.
• Experience hiring or scaling a team and building repeatable technical processes.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC, DORA metrics, and the SPACE framework.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and Git workflows, including the ability to review technical designs and implementation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills for technical objections, security reviews, architecture reviews, and executive discussions.
