Solutions Engineer III, EMEA

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with remote work and in-person collaboration at the Amsterdam office two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Create and deliver custom technical demos of the Lucid product suite for prospects and customers.
• Build deep product expertise and serve as an internal and customer-facing source of knowledge.
• Develop creative and strategic solutions to improve inefficiencies in Solution Engineering operations.
• Answer security-related questions and address customer concerns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by communicating customer challenges and successes.
• Partner with EMEA sales teams throughout the sales cycle to develop business solutions and account plans.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment with strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to act as a trusted strategic advisor to sales counterparts and collaborate across different communication styles.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Interest in customer success and ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment.
• Availability for hybrid work in Amsterdam, including in-person collaboration at the office two days per week.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or another STEM field.
• Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or SaaS companies.
• Experience with coding, Excel formulas, or other technical software tools.
• Familiarity with cloud networking architecture, information security, UX design trends, or SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
