Location: Remote field-based role for the New York City Metro, Northern New Jersey, and Long Island territory; candidates must reside within the territory. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $146,250–$211,250 annually

What you will do

• Build trusted scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, advanced practice providers, and other external experts.
• Manage approximately 50 stakeholders and maintain engagement tracking and territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Gather, document, and share medical insights to support scientific messaging, product development, and medical strategy.
• Interpret and communicate approved scientific data on pulmonary diseases, treatment trends, and disease management.
• Support evidence generation by identifying data collection opportunities, clinical trial sites, and investigator-sponsored study submissions.
• Represent hirify.global at congresses, advisory boards, educational meetings, and speaker training activities while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technical, or medical field, or a relevant life sciences degree with healthcare specialization.
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical practice, research, or Medical Affairs.
• Understanding of medical practice, clinical decision-making, healthcare systems, and research study design and execution.
• Ability to interpret scientific data and translate it into educational and research-focused communication.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Residence within the assigned New York City Metro, Northern New Jersey, or Long Island territory is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, codes of practice, payer environments, and public health trends.
• Scientific expertise in pulmonary or related therapeutic areas and the ability to translate expert feedback into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with digital tools, a clean driving record, and working knowledge of English as a second language.
