Clinical Science Liaison (CSL)

Location: Remote within the United States; up to 10% travel for conferences, partner meetings, and company events. Existing authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the clinical liaison for chronic care and telehealth channel partners.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into plans aligned with Clinical Clarity Engine capabilities.
• Lead discussions on clinical data quality, extractor validation, interpretation, provenance, and limitations.
• Bring partner requirements to Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to shape chronic care features and data offerings.
• Collaborate on health technology case studies, joint publications, and thought leadership with partners and external clinicians.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and health technology venues in support of business development.

Requirements

• Active clinical licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; an MD, DO, or other advanced clinical degree also qualifies.
• 4+ years of combined clinical practice and stakeholder-facing experience in medical affairs, clinical liaison, or clinical program roles.
• Working knowledge of chronic disease management, electronic medical records, and the healthcare data landscape, including HIE, QHIN, and TEFCA.
• Understanding of data quality principles, validation processes, and clinical data provenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfort with remote work, virtual collaboration platforms, and a dynamic startup environment.

• Direct experience caring for patients with chronic conditions.
• Experience with structured clinical data, telehealth, virtual care, or channel partner models.
• Familiarity with value-based care, population health, chronic care management, or healthcare clinical-data regulations.
