Medical Director (Dermatology)

Location: United States — New York City, NY or Collegeville, PA; hybrid work with onsite attendance 2–3 days per week. Up to 25% travel. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Annual base salary: $230,900–$384,800, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Plan and execute medical strategies and tactics for the dermatology franchise and I&I / Specialty Care portfolio.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Organized Customer, Field Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Training, and global colleagues.
• Lead advisory boards, congress-related symposia, congress planning, publication planning, and data-generation activities.
• Provide accurate scientific expertise on clinical data, disease states, product labels, clinical trials, and competitive intelligence.
• Support scientific publications, evidence dissemination, medical education, internal training, and HCP engagement plans.
• Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure fair balance.

Requirements

• MD or DO professional degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in dermatology or a related field, pharmaceutical industry, clinical or medical practice, or a combination.
• Leadership, collaboration, relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
• Clinical experience in dermatology or immunology and understanding of clinical trials and drug development.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Specialty training and board certification in dermatology.
