What you will do

• Define and implement the quality vision, mission, policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives for hirify.global USA.
• Lead the Quality Management System and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Manage product, plant, supplier, project, and service quality across manufacturing and customer-facing operations.
• Lead internal and external audits, corrective actions, certification activities, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement programs.
• Oversee environmental, health, and safety activities, reporting protocols, KPIs, risk mitigation, and third-party safety service providers.
• Develop the Quality and EHS organization through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality and EHS management, including extensive ISO standards experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Proven experience improving quality, safety, and environmental practices in a manufacturing or similar environment, preferably in material-handling automation.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, corrective actions, compliance programs, safety management, environmental compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, decision-making, organizational, and team-development skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or CSP.
