Location: Logan, Utah, United States

Salary: $98,000–$153,285 annually; hiring rate of $98,103 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead the site Quality function and manage quality systems, compliance, audits, and customer requirements.
  • Collect and analyze quality data, track performance metrics, and establish and monitor quality goals.
  • Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Evaluate, approve, and monitor suppliers whose materials and services affect product quality.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
  • Lead, train, evaluate, and develop the site Quality team while collaborating with production, engineering, suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
  • More than 7 years of experience in a similar quality role, including team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Quality Management Systems, and the Toyota Production System.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Minitab, SAP/ERP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work at the Logan, Utah operations site.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Six Sigma certification.
