What you will do

• Lead day-to-day site server, rack assembly, and end-of-line manufacturing operations.
• Direct production priorities based on shipment dates, unit quantities, capacity, efficiency, quality, safety, and lean manufacturing metrics.
• Supervise and develop managers, supervisors, team leads, and a large production workforce.
• Execute staffing, attendance, overtime, paid time off, training, workload balancing, and performance feedback processes.
• Escalate and resolve issues with peer managers, customers, new product introduction teams, engineering, maintenance, and process improvement leadership.
• Drive equipment, tooling, process, and continuous-improvement initiatives using problem-solving and action-planning methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience.
• 15+ years of experience in a high-complexity technology manufacturing environment, including project management, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and new product introduction.
• 10+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical and non-technical teams.
• Hands-on lean manufacturing experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong integrity, work ethic, written and verbal communication, organizational, and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to improve equipment and processes in an automated, fast-paced production environment.
